Wolframite is an iron, manganese, and tungstate mineral usually chemically between Hübnerite and Ferberite.
Ferberite (Wolframite) is the iron end-member of the manganese–iron wolframite solid solution series.
Hübnerite is the other end-member in the series.
The colour is dark grey, brownis blak or black. Hübnerite reddish brown.
